There is an issue withe the site's MX record lookup utility.  It only accepts top level domain names and gives an "input error" if you enter a sublevel domain.  We have an email account at after.12am.net which in the last year I've moved to our mail server by adding an MX record to the subdomain after.12am.net.  If you "host" after.12am.net from a unix machine, you'll see the address and MX record, but the utility here rejects the subdomain.  My upstream ISP assured me when I added this record that this is perfectly acceptable and that they "do it all the time" without problems.  I did a brief search for old mail utilities that failed on this address and didn't find any mention of problems and we have been using it for some time also without any problems.

You are correct, the lookup utility was not liking subdomains. I modified it, it should be good to go now. Let me know if you find any other issues!
