Your HTML Character Code Chart is very handy for me as a web developer I have to look these up often. I'll add codes in here though as I notice missing ones in your list.

Missing:
"Left Square Bracket" [ [
"Right Square Bracket" ] ]

Both brackets are in the full list, not the abbreviated one. This is an old topic, so it's possible that I updated the character list after you posted this. We'll never know.
