Hi, i have been trying to run a dedicated server using port 28960.
I have created/allowed port 28960 on both UDP & TCP (seperately not UDP & TCP option).
I start the server it says its connected,
i checked using this sites port checker and it says its closed,
i tried a whole range and says they are all closed..

Im using a Belkin F5D8233-4v3 Router physical connection not wireless, XP firewall is off, router firewall is off..
Tried disbling Upnp outside the DMZ too.. The server  is on 192.168.101 outside the DHCP aswell

Totally baffled

ny ideas please?

You are sure your computer has the same local IP as you set in the port mapping settings in your router?
Have you TRIED connecting to the server? Some applications sniff as if they are closed even when they are open, to help reduce hacking. That could be the case here? Or it could just be a bad router?
