Port Scanners / Sniffers

From time to time I get angry emails and phone calls from people. They are threatening to call the "authorities" if I don't stop trying to hack them.

Don't be an idiot. If you use a port scanner, and are running a firewall that alerts you when someone sniffs your ports, you will obviously get an alert pointing to our IP. This isn't rocket science. If computer networking is too much for you to understand, maybe you shouldn't mess around with it.
